Tissue culture technique of two main varieties of Photinia fraseri——Red Robin and Rubens was studied by explants induction,shoot proliferation,and roots formation culture,The results indicated that the proliferation rate and rooting rate of the two varieties were significant difference.

罗宾森
R.Robert Robinson (1886～975)英国化学家。1886年 9月13日生于切斯特菲尔德，1975年2月8日卒于大米森登。早年入曼彻斯特大学学习，1910年获科学博士学位。1912～1915年,先后在悉尼大学和新南威尔士大学任有机化学教授。1915～1921年，在利物浦大学任化学教授。1922～1930年，在安德鲁斯大学、曼彻斯特的维多利亚大学及伦敦大学执教。1930年起，在牛津大学任化学教授，直至1955年退休。
罗宾森长期从事教育工作，但他的研究工作涉及范围很广。早期研究植物生态学，他对多种天然有机化合物的结构及合成，进行了深入的研究，其中最主要的有：花色素、生物碱、青霉素、甾醇等。1917年他详尽地阐明了有机分子结构的电子理论。1955年他在所著《天然产物的结构关系》一书中，提出了著名的生源学说。该学说对天然产物的结构的阐明和化学合成都有很大的促进作用。他对生物碱分子结构的详尽研究，导致多种抗疟药物的问世。他因研究生物碱和其他重要植物产物的贡献而获得1947年诺贝尔化学奖。
