Effects of salt stress on net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO 2 concentration,chlorophyll content,photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm)and RuBP carboxylase activity in rice cultivars Pokkali(salt tolerant)and Peta(salt sensitive)were studied.
研究了NaCl胁迫对耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali (耐盐 )和Peta (盐敏感 )叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2 浓度、叶绿素含量、PSⅡ光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)和RuBP羧化酶活性的影响。

The results suggested that the photosystem Ⅰ(PSⅠ), photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ) and total electron transport activities, RuBP carboxylase (RuBPCase) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) activities in tobacco leaves decreased along with the maturation and senescence of tobacco leaves, especially the PSⅡ electron transport activity and RuBPCase initial activit.
结果表明 ,随着烟叶的成熟衰老 ,烟叶的光系统Ⅰ (PSⅠ )、光系统Ⅱ (PSⅡ )及全电子传递活性、RuBP羧化酶 (RuBPCase)和碳酸酐酶 (CA)活性均呈下降趋势 ,其中PSⅡ电子传递活性和RuBPCase初始活性在打顶后下降迅速。

Solution culture, subcellular fractionating procedure, electron microscopy examination and biochemical analysis were used to study the effects of calcium supply on subcellular distribution of cadmium, chloroplast ultrastructure and RuBPC and PEPC activity in maize seedlings under cadmium stress.
结果表明,与缺钙加镉处理比较,镉毒害下添加钙,玉米根、叶细胞器和细胞质Cd 组分均显著下降,相应Ca 组分则显著增加,而细胞壁Cd 、Ca 含量各处理间均十分接近;镉毒害下添加钙,维管束鞘细胞基质片层及叶肉细胞基粒和基粒片层排列较好,维管束鞘细胞嗜锇粒大为减少,叶片RuBP和PEP羧化酶活性显著增加。
