低张性精子肿胀试验
这是一种用于鉴别精子是否具有生命力的试验,主要用于在不活动的精子中选择具有生命力的精子进行卵细胞浆内注射。显微镜下所见不活动的精子并非意味着都是死精子,利用这种试验即可鉴定精子是活或死的。主要方法即将精子在低渗培养液中放置一段时间后,活的精子膜可以转运液体至胞浆内,导致精子肿胀及精子尾部弯曲。而无活性的精子不具有这些变化。显微镜下很容易鉴别。近几年发展起来的卵细胞浆内精子注射主要用于治疗男性精子异常导致不育的患者,特别是精子过少、活动力弱或不活动者。此法的应用配合卵胞浆精子注射,为这类患者带来了福音。
