- 1个小芒果,去皮切小块
- 1个红甜椒,去籽切碎
- 8个樱桃西红柿,对半切
- 1个红洋葱,切碎
- 一小勺糖
- 1个红辣椒,去籽切小块
- 2茶勺米醋
- 1个柠檬榨汁
- 1茶勺初榨橄榄油
- 盐和黑胡椒粉
做法:
1.混合鲽鱼外的所有原料制作调料。如果时间允许,静置30分钟。
2.鲽鱼放在案板上,去皮,切成两段。把沙拉放在鱼排的尾端。对折鱼排,撒上调料放在大煎锅里。
3.盖上锅盖,小火烹调7-10分钟,打开锅盖再加热3分钟。
4.烹调鱼的时候,煮米饭,米饭搭配鱼绝对够味。
