[二、验生天上],谓若作善之人,将死之时,头顶皆温,然后气尽者,即生天上。
[三、验生饿鬼中],谓若作恶之人,从顶冷至腰,腰下犹温,然后气尽者,即生饿鬼中。
[四、验生旁生中],旁生,即畜生也。谓若作恶之人,从顶冷至膝,膝下犹温,然后气尽者,即生旁生中。
[五、验生地狱中],谓若作极恶之人,从顶冷至足,足底犹温,然后气尽者,即生地狱中。
