膝盖损断 膝盖损断 病名。指髌骨因外伤而损折者。出《证治准绳·外科》卷六。其病多因跌打磕碰所致。症见局部肿胀、压痛、瘀血、膝关节活动受限、断损处压痛，可触到凹陷并可闻及骨声。治宜用手法整复。如膝关节内积血较多者，可先穿刺吸去瘀血，后用抱膝固定法；可配以药物内服，初期宜服七厘散，或复元活血汤，肿痛减轻后改服接骨丸，或正骨紫金丹；断端愈合后，服补筋丸，去抱膝，用损伤洗方外洗，同时配合功能锻炼。
