为适应我国农业生产模式下的果蔬采后贮藏，减小采后损失，本文以微型冷库为研究对象，详细分析了其各个子系统的传热和传质关系，建立了完整的微型冷库建造体系，为微型冷库的推广和使用提供了理论基础，涉及的理论有热力学、传热学、流体力学、材料学、食品学及生物学等，主要内容和结论如下：对微型冷库的围护结构进行了研究，提出了微型冷库体型系数概念，规范了围护结构的构造，有利于微型冷库的节能；在生命周期内最佳经济性概念下，推导了围护结构经济热阻厚度的计算公式；建立了微型冷库空库降温模型，对不同的影响因素进行了分析，这些工作为微型冷库的建造提供了指导性原则，为快速推广微型冷库准备了理论基础；提出了一种新型的便携式冷库概念，并对设计过程中的主要的要点进行了分析，为微型冷库进一步的发展奠定了基础。

| 冷库 cold storage 利用降温设施创造适宜的湿度和低温条件的仓库。又称冷藏库。加工、贮存农畜产品的场所。能摆脱气候的影响，延长农畜产品的贮存保鲜期限，以调节市场供应。冷库应建筑在交通方便，水、电供应来源可靠的地方，库址周围应有良好的环境卫生条件，尽量避开工矿企业的有害气体、烟雾、粉尘以及来自传染病院等的污染源。 根据使用性质的不同，可分为生产性冷库、分配性冷库和生活服务性冷库3类。生产性冷库是食品加工企业的重要组成部分，一般建在货源集中的地区。其特点是冷加工能力大，贮存物品零进整出。分配性冷库一般建在大城市或水、陆交通枢纽及人口密集的工矿区，为市场供应、运输中转而贮备食品时用。其特点是冷藏容量大、冻结能力小，适宜于多种食品的贮存。生活服务性冷库是为调剂生活需要而临时贮存食品时用，其特点是库容量小、贮存期短、品种多、堆货率低。 冷库建筑从施工开始到设备安装一般是在常温下进行的，结构体系也处于常温状态；而冷库投入使用后，其结构体系却处于低温环境中。由于温差大而引起的结构体系变形比普通建筑大得多，因此必须进行温度应力计算，以防止产生冷桥。地坪应采取防冻措施，以防止地基隆起而造成建筑物破坏。同时应选用抗冻性强的材料，以增强结构的耐冻性、耐久性。 一般冷库多由制冷机制冷，利用气化温度很低的液体作为冷却剂，使其在低压和机械控制的条件下蒸发，吸收贮藏库内的热量，从而达到冷却降温的目的。最常用的是压缩式冷藏机，主要由压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发管等组成。按照蒸发管装置的方式又可分直接冷却和间接冷却两种。 |
