该项目研究以南水北调西线工程水源区为研究区域,在"自然-人工"二元水循环演变理论指导下,提出"天地一体化"立体水资源监测方案,并构建物理机制统一的区域水循环气-陆耦合模型,实现水循环的大气过程、地表过程、土壤过程和地下过程的整体模拟和动态监测;以此为支撑,构建基于"气-陆"耦合模式的水资源评价技术,以大气水汽通量评价为基础,进行全口径、层次化、动态水资源评价。
