By use of cold press method, in which the surface of basic board is covered by bamboo flake and the back is covered by common turning wooden veneer, bamboo composite board is developed.
以湿法中密度纤维板生产工艺生产的高密度纤维板为基材 ,采用热进冷出热压工艺研制浸渍三聚氰胺的纸质装饰贴面板、浸渍三聚氰胺的天然薄木装饰贴面板 ;以冷压法研制基材表面覆盖竹片 ,背面配置普通旋切木质单板的竹材复合板 。

Orthogonal and verification tests were conducted on technology of hot pressing for new composite bamboo plywood with large diameter bamboo strip as surface raw material,culm top and pressed small diameter bamboo strip as core and bottom layer raw material.
对以大径毛竹竹条为面层原料、毛竹梢头或小径竹碾压竹片为芯层和底层原料的新型复合竹地板的热压工艺进行了正交试验和验证试验,结果表明,研制的新型复合竹地板具有较好的物理力学性能,各项指标都达到竹地板标准要求;生产复合竹地板较佳的热压工艺参数为:正压压力2。
