,They involved:falling-off of anti-a brasive material on the recirculator,collapsing of anti-abrasixr material wall at the corner of separator inlet,falling-off of local anti-abrasive material on the hanger tube in the furnace emulsion zone,and erosion,falling-off of wall anti-abrasive material arising from the air button in slag quencher etc.

The application of wear resistant materials in Wobei branch plant of Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

Based on database technology and designing method of modularization,adopting production rules to express knowledge,database knowledge with a large amount of data of wear resistant materials,experience knowledge of expert and principle of materials selection had been established,the whole frame of the materials selection expert system of wear resistant materials had been designed.

To improve the valve using age,it is very important to select the wear resistant materials of flat gate valve.

In this paper the present situation of wear resistant materials industry in China was also introduced and some suggestions were given.
