阀压盖顶部和底部连接处壁薄,壁薄部位长,底部气孔缺陷多,改进浇注系统,增大铁液到达底部的有效通道,提高铁液到达底部的速度,增加同时到达底部的铁液量,提高到达底部铁液的温度,加强型腔排气,克服了气孔缺陷,获得致密、合格的阀压盖铸件。
