超长钻孔灌注桩因受现施工工艺制约只能按摩擦桩使用,因沉渣落淤物影响端承力不能有效发挥;现成孔后置入钢制半封闭桩尖穿透沉渣层,可使灌注桩直接坐落在下卧持力层上,从而使端承力可充分发挥作用进而提高钻孔灌注桩的承载力与减少沉降量,也可缩短桩长、减少施工难度、降低工程费用。
