以某600MW超临界锅炉为研究对象,根据设计数据分析了中间点温度的影响因素,对超临界直流锅炉煤水比控制原理及其存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了基于锅炉工质吸热量和输入热量中被有效利用的热量之比作为比热量的概念,建立了比热量概念的汽温控制模型,可综合考虑煤质变化和汽水参数变化对锅炉传热特性以及能量供求平衡的影响,并使控制模型的函数简化,对该模型进行了初步的分析和论证。
