This parper deseribes the properties of the tailings from iron ore dressing in the Mineral Processing Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel Company and presents the development of study and practice on rare earth mineral retrieving from this tailings.

In this paper,the properties of absorption materials which were made by using the tailings from iron ore dressing in Baiyunebo were studied in the frequency of 7.
