The thermal sensation model in the classrooms in winter has been built,the neutral temperature and preference temperature have been computed through linear method,and the results in this paper have been compared with other domain and foreign studies in winter.

Besides,a new form of expectation quality is proposed which provides criteria for efficiently determining the important attribute in attribute reduction for information systems.

It is confirmed that this ordered traffic scheme,compared with the present disorder mode,can almost double the expected speed of vehicles and relieve the traffic jam problem to a large degree.
