The paper gives the general statement on the common disinfector used in large and middle water factories,illustrates the concepts of the chlorine leakage and the leak of chlorine-liquid and their differences,points out the harmless technology and introduces the principle,the technological process and its features of the absorbing device,and concludes that the chlorine is the best disinfection way.
