试验误差(experimental error)试验观测值与观侧对象真值之差。由于试验观测过程中一些千扰因家的形响会导致观测值偏离其真值,所以一个观侧值x‘包含其真值p和误差‘,即 x,~产十气(i一1,2,一,n)根据试验误差的性质和产生原因可分为: 系统误差由固定不变的或按确定规律变化的因家所造成的误差,其特点是在同一试验中观侧值朝着同一方向以基本一致的大小偏离真值或服从一定函数规律偏离真值。如田间试验中试验地朝某个方向有利于或不利于作物生长,在农业化学分析中仪器结构的不良,测定的实际温度与标准温度的偏差,或操作者的个人特性在刻度估读时习惯于偏向某一方向使测定值恒偏大或偏小。系统误差可根据其产生原因经过校正或处理加以消除。 偶然误差由某些微小的独立的偶然因素造成的误差,对个别误差而言其大小和方向是不确定的、随机的,故也称随机误差.在田间试验中土城肥力的团块性变异,供试材料(种子、肥料等)的不均一性,病虫鸟兽危害的偶然性,小气候的不一致性.在农业化学分析中仪器的不稳性,测定条件(温度、湿度、气压、电流强度、光照等)的徽小变异等都会干扰观测结果使之偏离真值.在无系统误差的前提下,重复观侧中偶然误差的特性为:①对称性。即绝对值相等的正误差与负误差出现次数接近.②单峰性。即绝对值小的误差比绝对值大的误差出现的次数多.③有界性。即在一定观测条件下,偶然误差的绝对值不会超过一定界限.④抵偿性。即随着观侧次数的增加,偶然误差的算术平均值趋向于零。因此,偶然误差可以在有限次重复观测值中相互抵消而降低.在观测次数无限增大时趋向于零而消除。过失误差由疏忽大意、不正确的操作等主观原因造成的明显歪曲观测结果的误差,如读错、称错、记错、小区号对错、样品标签搞错,以及观测时不小心而引起的过失性误差等,可以通过认真操作而避免。 (方萍)
