This paper developed a micron-level automatic measuring instrument based on precise machinery, by the use of photoelectric sensors, rotary encoders, linear motion units and dsPIC microcontroller, The instrument achieve high accuracy in lower cost, and is suitable for measuring large quantities of simple geometry parts.

因Quetelet L.A.(1796～1874）最早提出该指数，故又称“Quetelet指数”，表示每1cm身高的体重(g），显示人体的充实程度，也反映机体的营养状况。身高体重指数=体重(g）/身高(cm）。该指数的均值曲线随年龄增长而逐渐增大(显直线式），一般男21岁、女19岁以后趋于平稳。在同性别、同年龄情况下，该指数随身高的增长而逐渐增大。由于女性青春发育早于男性，故男女性该指数均值曲线有两次交叉。该指数城市儿童大于农村。
