Isolated transit signal priority control strategy based on logic rule oriented to isolated signalized control intersections with no bus-only lanes was developed based on an improved dual-ring phase structure including 8 vehicle phases and 4 pedestrian phases.
为了增加公交优先控制策略的多样性,面向无公交专用进口道的单个信号控制交叉口,在改进的双环相位结构下,设计了一种基于逻辑规则的单点公交优先控制策略,该逻辑规则包括优先请求产生规则、绿灯时间调整规则和半环间相位切换决策规则,优先请求产生规则可以生成延长归属相位绿灯时间或缩短归属相位红灯时间的优先请求,绿灯时间调整规则和半环间相位切换决策规则用以响应优先请求、延长或切断机动车相位的绿灯时间。

Due to the large variability in dwell time,an accurate prediction of dwell time is difficult to achieve and there can be large differences between the forecast and actual arrival time,which affects the effect of transit signal priority control.
针对公交车站点驻留时间存在较大变异性的特点,为了准确地预测公交车在站点的驻留时间,提高公交信号优先控制的效果,首先尝试采用概率模型来对公交车站点驻留时间进行估计和预测,但通过对多个站点的大量数据相关系数的计算和分析发现,下车乘客数和车上的乘客人数之间并不存在一定的线性关系,不完全满足概率模型的假设条件,以此为基础,采用多重线性回归并排除不显著因素,最后采用加权最小二乘回归模型来产生精确的参数估计。

The priority policy of joint use of the shortest expected processing time and the longest prcessing time is optimal when the expected processing time is non-proportional to the number of the jobs.
结果表明:在工件的权重和工件的平均加工时间不成比例的最一般的情况下,最短加工时间和最长加工时间优先规则的联合使用给出了使拖后工件数最少的优先策略,并对算法的最优性进行了证明。
