| 灌浆材料 grout 在压力作用下注入地层、岩石或构筑物的缝隙、孔洞中，达到增加承载能力、防止渗漏及提高构筑物整体性能等效果的流体材料。分固体灌浆材料和化学灌浆材料两大类。固体灌浆材料是由固体颗粒和水组成的悬浮液，有粘土浆、水泥浆、水泥粘土浆、水泥粉煤灰浆4种。它取材方便，造价低，施工简单，有较好的防渗或固结能力，但所填缝隙宽度受固体颗粒细度的限制。掺用塑化剂、促凝剂可改善固体灌浆材料的性能。化学灌浆材料是由化学药剂制成的流动性好的液体，能灌入比较细微的缝隙，还能根据需要调节凝结时间，常用的有：①硅化用灌浆材料。以硅酸钠(水玻璃)为主要原料的化学浆液，用于砂质土、黄土的加固和防渗。②环氧树脂灌浆材料。以环氧树脂为主，加入一定比例的固化剂、稀释剂、增韧剂混合而成，用于结构混凝土的补强和裂缝堵漏。③甲凝。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料，加入过氧化苯甲酰、二甲基苯胺和对甲苯亚磺酸组成的一种低粘度灌浆材料，用于大坝、油管、船坞和基础等混凝土的补强和堵漏。④丙凝。以丙烯酰胺为基料，以甲醛、过硫酸胺、三乙醇胺、硫酸亚铁、铁氰化钾为助剂，将氧化材料和其他材料分别配制成两种溶液，按一定比例同时灌注，主要用于防渗堵漏工程。⑤氰凝。由异氰酸酯、聚醚和促进剂配制而成，用于地下工程的渗漏缝处理。 |
