shUI}un fadlonll zhoud{anl旧水轮发电机轴电流(shaft‘5 eurrent of hy-drogenerator)流过发电机轴颈与轴瓦之间的电流。发电机在运行过程中,磁场回路的不均衡性,在发电机轴和轴瓦回路产生轴电压,从而出现轴电流。水轮发电机轴电压的数值较小,仅有几伏。但是一旦轴瓦支撑对地绝缘受到破坏,轴与轴瓦之间,就形成较大的电流回路,产生电火花,使轴表面与轴瓦烧损。中国丰满水电站在20世纪50年代曾发生过此类事故。为了防止轴表面与轴瓦免受轴电流烧损,在推力轴承底座加上绝缘垫,或在轴瓦背面加上绝缘,以及所有与轴瓦有关连的温度计都予以绝缘处理,使在这些回路中形成较高的绝缘电阻,就能限制轴电流使其不危害设备.中国的水轮发电机轴绝缘电阻在运行中一般规定最低为0.3 Mn。国外,有的还在加强绝缘基础上,装设轴电流保护装置,一旦电流增大,就发出信号使机组停机。
