原料:
土豆、面粉、南瓜、盐、肉陷、韭菜、鸡精
制作:
1、将土豆上锅蒸透压成泥,趁热加上面粉和成面团,揉匀揉上劲,赶紧用保鲜袋套好保温饧面;
2、南瓜切细丝加盐揉软;
3、韭菜切细小丁,同南瓜、肉陷一起加如鸡精调味为陷;
4、将面滚成条分成几个小面团,再分别擀成圆皮,包入陷,将皮留出1cm的边捏成包子型,再将留出的边用食指和拇指整理捏压成花瓣;
5、将包好的生包上蒸锅蒸15分钟,出锅时将包子上面淋上凉水,这样一郭晶莹的玻璃包就上桌了
