shilie yiehandi世界遗产地(the world haritage)根据“世界自然和文化遗产公约”(通常简称“世界遗产公约”)的定义，而被确定列人世界遗产名单中，并加以保护的特定区域。世界遗产地是由“世界遗产公约”引出的新概念。“世界遗产公约”中对自然遗产的定义为: ①从美学观点和科学观点来看，由具有世界性珍贵价值的生物群系或群系组构成的自然特征。 ②被精确划定的地质或生物类群分布的地区，从科学和保护的观点看，这些地区是具有世界性珍贵价值的濒危动植物种的栖息地。 ③从科学的、保护的或天然美的观点看，具有世界性珍贵价值的自然遗址，或被精确划定的自然区域。 “世界遗产公约”的宗旨，是致力于唤起世界各国共同关心和保护那些具有世界意义的自然和文化遗产。这些遗产都是极其珍贵和具有重大科学研究价值的，因此对它们加以保护是全人类世世代代的责任。“世界遗产公约”通过把自然和文化遗产的保护联系起来，并且建立永久性法律，和资金及行政管理体系，以确保为这种保护而开展的国际合作开辟新的领域。 随着人们对世界遗产地重要意义认识的逐步深人，它已受到全球的关注和认可。自1叨2年11月召开的联合国教科文组织大会通过了“世界遗产公约”，并经20个国家认可后，已于1卯5年12月正式生效开始。后来，承认公约的国家和世界遗产地的数量不断增加。1卯2年，承认它的国家增至123个，世界遗产地已达到358处。 中国于1985年12月12日承认了该公约，目前已有长城、莫高窟、北京猿人遗址、泰山、十三陵、黄山、武陵源、九寨沟(参见彩图插页第n页)等被列人世界遗产地名单。 世界自然遗产地与生物圈保护区有密切的合作与互补关系，许多生物圈保护区已被列人世界遗产地名单。 (赵故英)崛 古北口沙岭口长城
