This paper introduces the main smelt facility in the Zinc products factory and the reasons of the linear casting-model machine induced vibration,and the solving methods are proposed.

Considering the hazards of irregular vibration and creep of straight line casting machine,this paper applies relevant engineering mechanics theories,establishes dynamic model for the chain casting mold,then determines that friction change is the key cause of the vibration and creep.
