性质:利用蒸汽和冷凝水的不同热力性质,及其静压和动压的变化,而使阀片动作的疏水阀。温度较低的冷凝水在蒸汽压强的推动下经过滤网流入冷凝水通道,将阀片顶开,由冷凝水出口孔流出。当冷凝水趋于排尽,夹带蒸汽较多,温度升高,并使阀片上方的背压升高。同时,蒸汽加速流过阀片与底座之间的环隙,造成减压。阀片因自重及上下压差的作用而自动落下,切断冷凝水进出口之间的通道。经短时间后,由于疏水阀向周围环境散热,阀片上方背压室内的蒸汽部分冷凝,背压下降,阀片重新开启,实现周期性地排水。特点是体积小、造价低,其应用日趋广泛。
