也称水磨石机。装有旋转磨盘用以磨光水磨石地坪的施工机械。其基本构造如图所示。电动机通过齿轮减速器和挠性联轴器带动磨盘旋转。减速器的箱壳与机架连在一起，机架下方装有两个轮子，整机的重心在两轮的前方，借机重使磨盘着地，并保证与地坪面有一定的压力，以获得良好的磨削效果，提高磨削速度。转移时，将整机的重心倾移到轮子上，可以随意拖动。圆形的磨盘上一般装有三个砂磨块，用斜楔固定，便于装拆更换。挠性联轴器装在减速器输出轴与磨盘之间,既能传递扭矩,又能让磨盘随地坪任意摆动，确保砂磨块旋转和地坪表面始终保持良好的接触，以保证磨削表面的光滑。防护罩装在磨盘的四周,防止磨屑飞溅,其离地间隙可以调整。车轮通过调节装置和机架连接，按砂磨块的磨损情况，可随时调节位置。电气开关装在手柄上，可随时进行控制。该机适用于大面积的地坪、台阶等处的水磨石作业。
