垫法 推拿手法名。在仰卧时，将掌背或拳背向上垫于腰背及骶部八髎穴处，并同时进行下肢屈伸活动或进行深呼吸，可对督脉和足太阳膀胱经穴位进行刺激。以疏经通络及改善和调节脏腑的功能，常用于消化不良、便秘、腰腿痛等症。《诸病源候论·风湿痹候》：“正卧，叠两手著背下，伸两脚不息十二通，愈足湿痹不任行，腰脊痛痹。”
