补充资料：肩关节周围炎
| 肩关节周围炎 shoulder，periarthritis of 肩关节囊及其周围韧带、肌腱和滑囊等组织的退行性变和慢性非特异性炎症。简称肩周炎。好发于50岁左右，故又称五十肩。由于临床特征为肩关节僵硬，而又称凝肩或冻结肩。其病理表现主要是关节囊与周围组织粘连，故又称粘连性关节炎。这是一种自限性疾病，其临床表现是肩部疼痛 ，尤以夜间为甚；盂肱关节活动障碍逐渐加剧；经数月甚至1～2年可以自愈。此病女多于男，病程大致分为疼痛期、僵硬期和恢复期，各期长短不一，差别较大。治疗目的是缓解疼痛和恢复功能。压痛点局限者可用醋酸可的松加利多卡因混合液注射。口服布洛芬类药物和理疗有效。按摩和主、被动运动有助于松解粘连，恢复功能。 |
