It was proposed the hybrid method of beam and plate,which separated the stiffened plate into beam unit and plate-shell unit used the ideas of discrete and finite element and placed the stiffened one on the edge of element in order to bring the stiffened plate transform into the load to the main board,and the natural frequencies and the modes of vibration were calculated by finite element method.
