丫以1 Shonshuo iishu fongfa液体闪烁计数方法(li咖d scintil瓦ion。。unt-ing)一种通过液体闪烁探测器测定放射性活度的方法。把放射性溶液直接均匀混合于闪烁液中,辐射粒子直接和闪烁液作用,也是一种4二计数法。与利用薄膜源等固体源的测量方法比较,避免了源自吸收和源衬托物(膜)吸收的修正。基本原理是:将放射源液和闪烁液互溶,选择合适条件,测量液体闪烁的微分谱或积分谱,并对微分谱有关的部分积分,或对积分曲线进行外推,经相应的校正后,便可得到样品的放射性活度。由于p粒子谱能t小于一定值的部分可能不足以产生光电子及闪光产生和传播过程存在碎灭,所以在多数情况下,须考虑产生零探测概率的修正问题。而高于一定能量的p粒子可能产生二次脉冲,须尽可能避免和消除余后脉冲问题。液体闪烁计数方法主要用来测量不适于用符合方法测t的纯。、尽放射性核家,以及某些内转换系数较大的电子俘获核素。 (吕维纯李莱)
