原料：
1.美国带骨牛小排(含1根肋骨)450公克；
2.柠檬1个；
3.甜豆3荚；
4.玉米笋3支；
5.胡萝卜3片；
调味料 : 椒盐1小匙。
做法：将牛小排直接放入预热的烤箱内，以200度的温度烤20分钟取出，放入盘中，周围配上蔬菜，食用时咳撒些椒盐及柠檬汁。
