A method of embedded color image compression based on wavelet packet transform is proposed in this paper.
提出一种基于小波包变换的嵌入式彩色图像压缩方法 ,利用彩色图像的三分量之间的相关性 ,结合小波包分解的思想和多级树集合分裂算法 (SPIHT) ,对彩色图像进行压缩编码 ,对比分析表明该方法是可行的、有效的彩色图像压缩方法。

In order to overcome thes shortcoming, thispaper optimizates initial clustering center and adcances a new algorithm of color compression clustering statistics algorithm on the basis of K-mean algorithm.
