This paper introduces the mathematical model and the process of erecting the model of a fuzzy decision upon this basis and combining with case history of a project, it introduces the application in the optimization of foundation bearing layer.

In the supervision of a high buiding′s artificial digging pile,while working into the bearing stratum,we found that end carrying capacity of the pile bearing stratum is lower than expected,and may seriously a-gainst the security of the high buiding basis.
