现有技术规范规定碾压混凝土一般采用二、三级配,最大粒径为40~80 mm,目前国际国内对四级配碾压混凝土的研究和应用几乎是空白。

This paper mainly discusses series of contrast tests carried out to both fully graded RCC under various site conditions (with joint or without joint) and small-screened cubes, the test covers compressive strength test, splitting tensile strength and ultimate tensile strength etc.
对不同成型工况(有层面和无层面)的全级配碾压混凝土以及湿筛小试件混凝土进行了抗压强度、劈拉强度、极限拉伸等方面的对比试验研究,研究结果表明受湿筛尺寸效应的影响全级配碾压混凝土力学性能小于湿筛小试件,层面影响全级配碾压混凝土力学性能,且层面效应系数各不相同。
