对生物武器袭击所采取的防护措施。又称防细菌。主要措施有：战剂侦检、免疫预防、药物救治、疫区消毒以及除害灭病等。战剂侦检就是组织对敌人生物武器袭击的侦察与检验。敌人使用生物武器的主要特征是：用飞机喷洒生物战剂气溶胶时，飞行高度低、速度慢，航迹出现云雾；用生物弹投放战剂时，爆炸声音小而低沉，闪光小或无闪光，弹坑浅，弹气大，弹坑周围有粉末或残液痕迹；投放生物战剂媒介物时，地面上会出现动物异常，或有异常物品。此外，被生物武器攻击的地域，人群和动植物会出现突发性传染病或异常死亡等。一般地说，敌人使用生物战剂气溶胶攻击是不容易发现的，需用专门仪气和侦检技术进行侦检。免疫预防就是注射预防针。通过人工接种生物制品激发人体内免疫系统产生特异的免疫答应，从而形成特异性抵抗力，破坏或排斥进入机体的病原体。免疫对机体有保护作用，一旦有相应的病原体侵入，可以降低发病率或减轻症状。药物救治就是对病人、病畜及时采取隔离措施，由医务人员进行对症治疗。对病人要限制与他人接触，并加强消毒，积极治疗，直至症状消失。疫区消毒是对疫区要及时标明，实行封锁，限制人员和物资进出，并组织医务人员或防化分队进行消毒。除害灭病是对敌人投放的生物战剂及其媒介物，可采取烈火烧煮、泥土掩埋、药水浸渍、烟雾熏杀等措施处理。气中最有效最彻底的办法是烈火焚烧和蒸煮，因为绝大多数有害的微生物在100e以上就死亡了。在生物武器的防护上，及时查明敌人生物武器袭击气图并彻底摧毁敌人生物武器，是最积极最有效的防护。
