由国家粮食局郑州科研设计院研制的平底粮食筒仓气鼓式清仓装置近日获国家知识产权局授予的实用新型专利证书。该清仓装置利用压力空气的能量把平底筒仓自流完剩下的粮食从圆周方向逐步推向中心出粮口,流出仓外。用柔性材料做成形状如筒仓内壁的桶形充气膨胀膜,上部固定在筒仓壁上,下面留出出粮发口并固定在仓底,使膨胀膜和仓壁之间密不透气,筒仓内粮食自流完后,向仓壁和膨胀膜之间鼓入压力空气,充气膨胀膜即会鼓起。把粮食推向中心出粮口,不断向膨胀膜肉鼓风,粮食就不断地被推向出粮口,直到全部剩余的粮食出仓完毕。
