印度军事电子和机械工程学院是印度陆军培训电机工程部队和部分外国军官的学校。学院设在塞康德拉巴德。1961年首期高级管理研究班在该学院管理系正式开课。之后，每年举办两期，培训对象为电机工程部队的高级军官和部分外国军官。1984年，该院专门开设了高级军官装备管理短训班，吸收陆军各部队的上校、中校级军官参加。主要课程为：武器装备的使用、维修与管理。
该学院还设有退伍人员管理课程，迄今已培训出各类退伍人员数千人。据称，该院被誉为印军的"基础管理训练中心"。
