并分别以静止地球同步轨道卫星、倾斜地球同步轨道卫星为例,推导了卫星共视法时间比对中Sagnac效应在地心惯性系中的基本计算模型,给出了当地面站在赤道上和不在赤道上这两种情况下Sagnac效应的详细计算过程,得出了当地面站与卫星的经度相同以及当地面站与卫星在两极地区这两种情况下Sagnac效应的值为零的结论。
