手部动作的发展(development of handaction)一个逐渐分化和完善的过程。三四个月的乳儿手抓东西的特点:(l)无目的、无方向地抚摸，碰到什么抓什么。(2)不用手指，而是用整个手去抓。(3)大脑还不能支配手抓东西，眼手动作不协调。(4)用一种方式抓东西。五六个月乳儿手部动作的特点:(1)眼手协调、能抓住看到的东西。(2)有效的动作出现。(3)手在抓东西时，脚也在动，多余动作较多。(4)当手里拿一件东西时，若眼看别的物体，手里的东西会掉。七八个月时手的动作特点:(l)五指分开，掌握了拿东西的典型动作。(2)双手配合，可把一只手拿的东西放到另一只手里。(3)重复动作。(4)开始能使用工具。1一3岁左右，儿童手的动作已经发展到能根据物体的特点和功用，比较灵活、准确、熟练地运用物体。手的动作发展接近了成人的手的动作水平。 (白学军撰林索德审)
