Exploration on the computer network experiment courses in applied universities;

Based on the Present situation that many new colleges have not developed a perfect computer network laboratory,this paper put forward a practical and economical solution that is:use the new virtual simulation software on the computer network experiment s simulation with the combination of the use of network hardware and software.

According to the characteristics of the computer network experiment,the paper discusses and expounds the experiment teaching model of college computer network in the aspects of the actual situation of students,teaching strategies,objectives,tasks,content,process and organizational forms,etc.

Starting from the features of the computer-based network courses, and connecting with the teaching experiences, this paper probes into some problems existing in the computer-based network education, and sums up some feasible teaching methods and teaching means.
