The extractive technology and yield of the lutein, zeaxanthin and β-carotene from corn gluten meal extract were carried out by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE).
研究了超临界流体萃取(SFE)玉米蛋白粉中类胡萝卜素的提取工艺及其收率,结果显示:当45℃,26 MPa,改性剂体积分数为10%~20%,CO2流量为80~120 L/h,动态提取3 h时,类胡萝卜素的收率达到9%;用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定了3种单体胡萝卜素(叶黄质、玉米黄质和β-胡萝卜素)的含量,其中叶黄质0。

性质:红黄色结晶。熔点192℃。紫外线吸收峰501.5nm,472nm(二硫化碳)。旋光度+225°(苯中)。能溶于氯仿、苯、乙醇、乙醚、甲醇,难溶于石油醚。在汽油与90%甲醇水溶液的分配试验中完全处于下层。将其乙醚溶液与浓盐酸振荡,呈现蓝色。在氯仿中与微量盐酸作用,即变为叶黄呋喃素及菊黄质。本品为一种类胡萝卜素,广泛存在于绿叶中。由于黄素醋酸与邻羟基过苯甲酸反应制取。用作有机合成试剂、营养物。
