英文名:Meglumine Iotroxate

外文名:Meglumine Iotroxate, Biliscopin
药理作用: 本品为离子型双聚体碘造影剂。其作用与用途同胆影葡胺,但其显影效果较优,且细小的胆管也能显影。
适应症: 主要用于胆管、胆囊造影。静脉缓慢推注,30ml (38%);或者静脉滴注, 100ml(10.5%),缓慢滴注15min以上。
用法用量: 静注,一般为20ml,注射速度不宜超过6ml/min.
不良反应: 味觉异常,恶心,呕吐,发热,有时有皮疹,瘙痒,咳嗽,喉嘶哑,极少见低血压,肺水肿,心梗,过敏性休克等.
注意事项: 严重心脏病,甲亢,肝肾功能损害及对碘过敏患者禁用.
规格: 注射剂:30ml(38%);100ml(10.5%)。
