性质:壳体轴向截面为半圆形。直径较小的半球形封头可整体压制成型,但直径较大的由于其深度较大,整体压制有困难,故需采用数块大小相同的梯形球瓣和顶部中心的一块圆形球面板(球冠)组焊而成,其结构见图。半球形封头与其他形式封头相比较,在直径和承压相同的条件下,所需厚度最小,封头容积相同时其表面积最小,用料最省。受力很均匀。但由于制造困难,一般除用于压力较高、直径较大的压力容器外,其他容器较少采用。
