In allusion to the characteristics of soft roof,soft coal and soft floor coal seam,an analysis was made on the two problems of roof flaking and rib spalling in full-mechanized caving face,they were waiting to be solved in the design of the front girder of leading hydraulic roof support.
针对"三软"煤层的特点,分析了放顶煤排头液压支架前梁设计中需解决的架前冒顶和煤壁片帮问题,从提高前梁端部的支撑能力和接顶性能、采用前后铰接式顶梁、铰接可伸缩式前梁等方面,改进前梁的结构设计,并进行强度校核,验证了设计的正确性和可靠性。

Through stress testing and simulation of the key component—front girder,and by analyzing the data of test and simulation we conclude that the front girder meets intensity requirement.
对其关键部位——前梁也分别进行了应力测试和仿真分析,对比实验测试和仿真分析的数据,发现两者的一致性较好。
