降 ①治疗学名词。指治法。出《素问遗篇·刺法论》。指用降抑的药物治疗气血上逆、阳气过亢、虚火上炎等证的方法。如和胃降逆，滋阴降火，平肝潜阳等。 ②中药学术语。指药物的沉降作用。如苏子降气定喘，代赭石降逆平肝，朱砂镇心安神等。 ③降落，落下。《素问·气交变大论》：“霜不时降，湿气变物。” ④生理学名词。指气的运动形式之一。即下降，肃降。《素问·六微旨大论》：“出入废则神机化灭，升降息则气立孤危。故非出入，则无以生长壮老已；非升降，则无以生长化收藏。是以升降出入，无器不有。”“气之升降，天地之用也。”王冰注：“升，谓上升；降，谓下降。升极则降，降极则升，升降不已，故彰天地之更用也。”
