补充资料：黑豆鱼头汤
主料
黑豆80克，大鱼头1个（重约450克），红枣10粒去核，姜2大片拍松。
做法
1、放黑豆入镬中（不用油），炒至豆壳裂开，洗净沥干水。
2、大鱼头切开边，洗净抹干水。
3、烧热镬，下油2汤匙，搪匀镬，下鱼头煎至两面皆微黄色，煎时用慢火，盛起。
4、水5杯或适量放入锅内煮滚，放入鱼头、黑豆、红枣，用中上火煮滚，再煮15分钟，用慢火再煮45分钟，下盐调味。
特点
此汤补血祛头风，是产妇经济实惠的补身汤水，作为家庭汤水也很美味。
