包括性病研究实验室玻片试验(VDRL)、快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)及血清不加热反应素玻片试验(USR)。几种试验均用心磷脂作抗原，检查血清中抗心磷脂抗体。如上述试验阳性，还可作定量试验。用作疗效判断。但在患者有自身免疫病、近期有发热性疾病、妊娠或药瘾时可有假弱阳性反应，确诊需进一步作螺旋体抗原血清试验。
