性质:气相色谱分析的一种。利用毛细管为色谱柱而达到分离分析目的。固定相是附着于毛细管内壁上的一层液体薄膜。由于毛细管的渗透性好,分离能力可以提高,分析时间可以缩短,而总柱效则提高。毛细管可用不锈钢、铜、玻璃、弹性石英和尼龙等制作,直径约0.1~1毫米,长度约10~300米(常制作成螺旋形)。
