In connection with the research status quo of microwave curing in epoxy resin/curing agent system, the condition of microwave curing were studied in epoxy resin/DMP30 system by the method of initial gelation and intermittent curing, and the process of microwave curing were studied by FT-IR, and the products structure and mechanical performance were characterized.
针对目前环氧树脂/固化剂体系微波固化的研究现状,通过预凝胶处理和间歇固化相结合的方法,初步研究了环氧树脂/DMP30[2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)酚]体系的微波固化条件,利用红外光谱研究了微波固化过程,并表征了产物的结构和力学性能。

The current domestic status of process technologies for intermittent gasification with air and continuous gasification with enriched-oxygen in the fixed-bed gas furnaces of the medium sized nitrogen fertilizer plants are described in the present article,with an emphasis on the discussion of technique for production of enriched-oxygen from air by pressure swing adsorption process.
