原料:
九层塔300克、豆腐2块、酱油2大匙
辅料:
盐1小匙
做法:
1.豆腐切成约3厘米的方块,入热油中炸至酥黄,捞起沥干油。
2.将炸好的豆腐盛入土锅(或沙锅),加水至没过1/2的材料,并加酱油、盐调味,以大火煮沸,改小火慢煲约15分钟,煲至收汁,熄火。
3.挑取九层塔嫩叶,洗净,沥干,加入锅中拌匀即可。

一年四季都可食用。约每周佐食1~2次。
